May 2009: 12th Unisong International Songwriting Cometition-- "Virtual Life" is one of the 20 Finalists in the Upbeat/Dance category, and "Your Guitar" (the Russian song from the newly-released CD, "My Voyage Back" ) got an Honorable Mention!

FINALLY! Our long-overdue official website is finally launched!!! WHOOHOO!!!
We are revamping our style, and our Milochka Trio is starting to play more dance music.. For now we are about to get monthly residency at Turquoise, an upscale Turkish restaurant in Larchmont, NY..Stay tuned for dates! http://www.turqmed.com/
Our full-band show is also coming up on Sunday, July 12th at a local restaurant/bar in Mamaroneck called The Post.. Great place! The owners, Richie and his wife Susan, are super-cool and love to support musicians.. We also have a weekly chance to practice there during an open mic-- Every Thursday night --as a duet, of course, with Jim Salico-Deihl on guitar and me on piano/tambourine/vocals.
Finally, we look forward to our video shoot with The Rhythms of New York --a TV series that examines the unique musical scene that helps make NYC the “Media Capital” of the world. Check them out at http://www.rhythmsofny.com/. We'll do mostly songs from my newly-released CD, "My Voyage Back." This performance will probably be an “official” kick-off to the extensive marketing campaign to promote the album.
